Harlequin Civil Engineering Ltd was established in 2003 and
its main office is based in Maidstone, Kent. The majority of
our current contracts consist of public works contracts which
supply the highways maintenance sector in the South Eastern area.
We specialise in reconstruction and remedial works on public
highways.
Currently, we cover works mainly in the Surrey area, but the
company is endeavouring to expand further and hope to win more
local Kent contracts in the near future.

Neil Cheeseman - Director
Neil has had 23 years of experience in the field of Highway
Maintenance and Construction. He is a family man and likes
to run Harlequins as a family orientated business, providing
a professional service with a friendly, approachable manner.

Joe Kimber - Supervisor
Joe has had had 20 years experience in the civil engineering field. As Supervisor, Joe is the first point of contact out on site and he is happy to help and advise clients where necessary with their proposed works.
Ken Back - Supervisor
Ken has been with the company since 2004 and has played a major role within the company. As a supervisor he is one of the first points of contact for all site and logistic matters. He is also a vital link between the site and office.
Dave Matthews - Yards Man
Dave organises and maintains our plant and equipment, ensuring there are necessary supplies to continue smooth running site operations.

Kim Rees - Office Manager / Quality System Manager
Kim has worked within this industry for over 11 years and has
been our Office Manager since the company was founded in 2003.
Her main objective is to oversee the running of the office and
maintain all processes and procedures to BS 9001:2008.
Sherri Rees - Office Assistant
Sherri provides admin support to the office and deals with all
the day to day enquiries.
Abi Cheeseman - Fleet Manager
Abi is our fleet manager and takes care of all our vehicles,
Operators License and Insurances. Abi insures that all
our fleet are regularly maintained to a high standard and comply
with VOSA regulations.
Tom Bidmead - Fleet Assistant
Tom Provides Support to the Fleet Manager and takes care of all our vehicles, Operators License and Insurances.
